Sourcing

With our years of experience in international sourcing and a number of available support foundries we able to immediately decide on and go to the foundry source right for your product. As we already have access to a number of foundries from whom we are currently purchasing castings, we are able to make better deals for supply and have the added advantages that our purchase volumes allow us – this means lower commitment numbers, greater influence on the foundry sources and most of all, the experience with the individual units and countries from where the product is obtained.

By these means, we can assure our clients that they would be obtaining their product from working foundries that already understand the needs and requirements of the market place. The time and cost saving for this is quite substantial.

Machining

Apart from being able to supply castings, we also offer all types of machining, from simple proof machining to final machining.

We have successfully done precision machining of parts to tolerances to the second decimal place.

Coatings

We can offer cast parts with a range of surface finishes from sand cast onwards. Some of the various types of coatings we regularly supply are :

 Black Bitumen

   Powder Coating

   Galvanizing

    Epoxy Coating

We can also establish other types of coating systems based on demand and are in the process of developing a source of enamel coating.

Quality Guarantee

Our primary self-owned foundry is ISO 9002 certified. We also have established representative offices in our primary purchase countries and have trained local inspection teams and personnel that have had experience in making and inspecting castings for the International market.

100% of all cast parts are inspected by our Quality teams prior to shipment on guidelines laid down by the client and international quality standards.

Prior to production of any cast part we send prototype samples for the assessment and approval of the client. Only once these samples are to the complete satisfaction of the client do we proceed for production.

We also encourage our customers to visit the manufacturing plants with us to observe that production and quality practices are what they expect and the plants do produce the required results in terms of quality cast parts that are acceptable in the International marketplace.

The selection process followed by us in deciding on a support manufacturer is stringent. A number of our support manufacturers have understood the importance of quality themselves and can offer their products with “UL” approval, ISO 9002 certification and even a British Standard kitemark (on certain products).

Shipment and Importing

We have established and running rate contracts with a number of major shipping lines carrying cargoes from the source foundry countries to international destinations. The volumes so carried enable us to obtain improved freight rates and services than normally available.

All shipments are made in containers and the pallets and packages can be made per the customer’s requirements.

In the USA & Middle East, we are able to receive containers in virtually any port and offer containerized store delivery. We take care of all the formalities of customs, imports, duties and solve all problems along the way. The client is delivered his product as if it was a local delivery.

In certain US and Middle East cities, we can also offer delivery from our own local warehouses. We would receive the containers, de-stuff them and organize local delivery, with no fuss or problems.

A Local Contact (for USA & Middle East only)

All business and communications are conducted through our associate offices, which will always have or be able to readily obtain, up to the moment information on any client’s order status. All customers are spoken to by salespersons experienced in handling all parts of the order and system. Information and communication is therefore readily accessible and available.

As a matter of course, we regularly update clients on the development of their designs and samples and status of their shipments and orders. At any time, a completely detailed status of any customer’s orders is readily available with our associate office.

The Price We Quote You Is The Price You Pay

There is no need to worry about locating ships, booking containers, obtaining freight rates or sailing frequencies. We offer all this as part of the service at one set and agreed price. There are no hidden extras or costs.

Once we receive all the relevant information regarding a prospective customer’s requirements, we would quote an all-inclusive price. After that, once the sample is approved and till the product is delivered, the same price applies for the complete service package.
